Rent meeting facilities in Copenhagen / Frederiksberg

CPH:OFFICE offers meeting rooms for rent at Frederiksberg near the Forum Metro Station. The meeting rooms can seat up to 10 persons. The price for a meeting room includes all participants.

The meeting room will be prepared and ready for you when you arrive. The table will be set with coffee, tea and water. The meetings include electricity, water, heating, wireless/cabled Internet, projector, whiteboard and free coffee and tea.

Our meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. In case of a need outside these hours, it is possible to make a special agreement against a further fee.

Meeting rooms for rent near CPH Airport

Our meeting facilities are located at Forum Metro Station - 17 minutes from Terminal 3 in Copenhagen Airport. This is optimal if you and your conferees are travelling from different countries to CPH Airport and need meeting facilities.

Transport to and parking by the meeting facilities

It is easy to get to and from our meeting facilities. You can either take the Metro directly to the Forum Metro Station, you can take bus 2A or 3A to Rosenørns Allé or to H.C. Ørsteds Vej 50 C, or you can go directly by car.

We have private parking spaces, which may be reserved for the day of the meeting.
